The Head Start Monitoring Protocol 2013: Health & Safety

Head Start grantees understand the important role that Federal monitoring reviews play in their programs and the serious legal implications of a deficiency determination. Head Start reviews have taken on even more significance recently with recompetition. In recent years, deficiencies and findings of noncompliance related to child health and facilities (safe environments) have been among the most common. The Office of Head Start is preparing to issue the Head Start Monitoring Protocol for Fiscal Year 2013, and this all-new webinar will discuss the Health and Safety components to help grantees prepare for their upcoming monitoring reviews.
