The Head Start Monitoring Protocol 2013: ERSEA
Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance issues continue to be a focus of Head Start monitoring, with a particular emphasis on Eligibility following the Government Accountability Office’s recent investigation. With the implementation of recompetition, Head Start grantees understand the important role that Federal monitoring reviews play in the future of their programs and the serious implications of any deficiency. The Office of Head Start is preparing to issue the Head Start Monitoring Protocol for Fiscal Year 2013, and this all-new webinar will discuss monitoring of Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance (ERSEA) to help grantees prepare for on-site monitoring reviews.
