The National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD) and the National Association of State Boards of Education (NASBE) are co-hosting this webinar highlighting Colorado's innovative effort to develop a school-level health data collection system for school health and wellness indicators. It will focus on the work Colorado Legacy Foundation, which has partnered with the Colorado Department of Education, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Colorado Coalition for Healthy Schools and KaiserPermanente (funder) to develop a $3 million dollar, 5-year initiative that will collect, organize and synthesize school health policy and practice data with a consistent, statewide system by the end of the 2016-2017.
