Steve Edwards is a Senior Solutions Manager for Stericycle ExpertSOLUTIONS. He has developed the execution solutions for some of the largest consumer goods companies and others. Throughout his 10 years in the industry, Steve has led clients through every step of the recall process; from initial recall scope definition to the development of internal protocols and solutions that hedge against recall related risk. He has assisted clients with the execution of over 1,000 product recall events. Steve previously worked for Sony as an outsourcing/planning specialist.
Kenneth Ross is one of the world's most experienced and well-known lawyers practicing in the areas of product safety, product liability prevention, and regulatory compliance. For over 30 years, he has advised manufacturers, product sellers, and other companies on ways to identify, evaluate and minimize the risk of liability, especially product and contractual liability, during product development as well as after sale. Prior to entering private practice, Ken was an in-house lawyer at Westinghouse Electric and Emerson Electric where he counseled on safety and prevention issues and managed litigation.
Eric Tarnow is Director of Recall Services for the Product Recall division of Realtime Results. Prior to joining the company, he spent two decades in the children's products industry where his expertise and duties included worldwide responsibility for quality assurance programs, regulatory affairs, product safety, factory social compliance, and consumer services. He is an active member of several ASTM safety standards subcommittees, the TIA safety standards committee, the Technical Advisory Group to ISO, and International Consumer Product Health and Safety Organization.
