Webinar Description

Unintentional injuries are the fourth leading cause of death in the U.S., overtaking strokes for the first time. These injuries are 100 percent preventable, and knowing the risks can help us all make safer decisions.

In this webinar, NSC Statistics Manager Ken Kolosh will explain:

- The most significant threats to your safety at home
- Why the number of fatal poisonings is rising so rapidly
- How our cars are safer than ever – but our roads are not
- What states are – and are not – doing to save lives
- Emerging trends and issues related to safety at work, at home and everywhere in between
