Are you asking yourself why the quality assurance coding audit findings are ambiguous, conflicting, and vague? Do you find yourself wishing for more interpretation and explanation? And do you have a sense of frustration because the third-party auditors identified problems but didn't offer solutions?
You're not alone.
In the world of third-party audits, these complaints are called Abandonment Issues: The audit has been completed, but you are left holding the bag—issues were identified, yes; but no solutions were provided. No offer of education. No clarification about audit findings. Auditors, once ubiquitous, now are inaccessible to answer questions or provide clarification.
You've been abandoned.
Third-party healthcare auditing should not leave you feeling abandoned. So now for the first time, ICD10monitor and HRS are producing an exclusive special edition broadcast to show you and your team what you should expect from third-party auditors. You'll learn how information that is displayed in a series of spreadsheets can be transformed into tangible strategies to improve performance or to effectively implement a new process. You'll discover how intelligent auditing can transcend merely identifying issues, but can go on to propose meaningful and attainable solutions. Most importantly, you'll learn how the proper auditing process has the potential to illustrate findings that could impact job performance, perhaps yours.
The HRS auditing process is the industry gold standard. And through this broadcast you'll come away better equipped to understand the auditing process so that when it is completed you won't be abandoned.Who Should Attend:
Chief financial officers, coding and HIM professionals, clinical documentation integrity specialists, financial specialists, analysts, and revenue cycle personnel.
*This special edition broadcast is only open to hospitals and other providers at this time. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the broadcast.
