Brian C. Vertz deploys his more than 25 years of experience in a full range of difficult and complex family law cases. Brian was elected as a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers in 2003 and now serves as the President-Elect of the Pennsylvania Chapter. He is active at the national level as the co-chair of two committees and a lifetime member of the AAML Foundation. The Pennsylvania Bar Association has elected Brian to the Family Law Council and its Executive Committee. He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst, a designation conferred by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) for proficiency in business valuation.

Ashley M. Majorsky is a candidate for Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in April 2018. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Carlow University in 2011 and worked for the forensic accounting firm of Brabender Mascetta Pattison for four years before entering law school. She is a law clerk for Pollock Begg Komar Glasser & Vertz LLC, where she engages her accounting skills to prepare net income calculations and marital asset inventories. Ashley is a Certified Valuation Analyst, conferred by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
Barry Sziklay, CPA, ABV, CFF, PFS

Mr. Sziklay is the partner-in-charge of the Forensic Accounting, Litigation Support and Valuation Services practice of Friedman, LLP, a certified public accounting and advisory firm, with offices located throughout New Jersey, New York City, Long Island, Philadelphia and Beijing, PRC. His primary practice emphasis is in the areas of forensic accounting, business and intangible asset valuation, mergers and acquisitions ("M&A"), and litigation support related to business disputes, economic damages, disputes involving securities and derivatives, matrimonial dissolution, and civil and criminal tax fraud, bankruptcy, insolvency and reorganization, income, gift and estate taxation of closely-held businesses and their principal owners, and estate and trust administration.

Mr. Sziklay has served as an expert witness in valuation, economic damages, business valuation and many other areas. Mr. Sziklay, who is a member of the AICPA's Business Valuation Hall of Fame, has developed business appraisal training programs for the Federal Judiciary and United States Tax Court as well as the Federal Bureau of Investigation's national training school in Quantico, VA.
