Many health care executives don't realize they play a crucial leadership role in reducing burnout and building a resilient health care organization. Burnout among clinicians and care team members is at an all-time high, threatening to limit your organization's productivity, outcomes, and business success. Health care executives face burnout, too, so it makes sense to get to the root of this systemic problem. This webinar will discuss what senior leaders can do to evolve their organizational culture and build a framework that supports trust, respect, and teamwork.
This webinar will provide you with the knowledge to:

As Constellation's first Chief People Officer, Mel is committed to supporting our people and focuses on advancing our talent strategies, building engagement and developing and supporting multiple teams.
