Many health care executives don't realize they play a crucial leadership role in reducing burnout and building a resilient health care organization. Burnout among clinicians and care team members is at an all-time high, threatening to limit your organization's productivity, outcomes, and business success. Health care executives face burnout, too, so it makes sense to get to the root of this systemic problem. This webinar will discuss what senior leaders can do to evolve their organizational culture and build a framework that supports trust, respect, and teamwork.

This webinar will provide you with the knowledge to:

  1. Understand how burnout among your organization's senior leaders, clinicians and health care team members impacts the senior executive's success and ultimately the organization's success.
  2. Recognize the drivers and contributors to burnout, the correlation between burnout, loneliness and productivity, and the link between culture and outcomes.
  3. Identify the ROI and the next steps you can take to evolve your organizational culture and build a system framework that supports organizational resiliency.
