Optimized movement patterns, as related to the body and the type of work, ultimately decrease injury and give you the ability to work and live pain free. Learn how to implement a corrective program into your routine with simple stretches and exercises that can be done anywhere.

Doug Wuebben is the co-owner of Live Pain Free - The Right Moves. He's an RDCS Echocardiographer in Adult and Pediatric Echocardiography as well as a national presenter and published educator on helping imaging professionals continue to do their job pain free.

Mark Roozen, M.Ed, CSCS,*D, NSCA-CPT, FNSCA
Mark Roozen, or "Coach Rozy," received his bachelor's degree in Health, Physical Education and Recreation from Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota and his master's degree in Exercise Science from Tarleton State University, in Stephenville, Texas. As a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Roozen has traveled to China to work with their Olympic athletes, worked with the Cleveland Browns, assisted with pre-season workouts for the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars and has worked with over 30,000 youth in sport and performance enhancement camps with NFL players. He was formerly the Certification Director for the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He is also Co-Founder of Live Pain Free - The Right Moves, which helps individuals move and exercise correctly to eliminate movement pain in work, life and play. His training methodologies have been successfully applied to the full spectrum of the population-from youth to geriatric and rehabilitation to a wide range of athletes. Roozen is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT). He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and as the Chairman of the NSCA Sport Specific Conference.
