Last year, family lawyers learned about major changes in federal tax law, such as the repeal of the alimony tax deduction. But the TCJA has affected family law in many other ways, particularly for divorcing business owners and professionals. What is the next step in adapting our family law practices to the new tax environment? Family lawyer Brian Vertz and forensic accountant Marc Bello will talk about the impact of TCJA on individuals, corporations, passthrough entities, and business valuation in this new webinar - a follow-up to last year's popular tax webinar.
